In the automotive branch, the concept of safety has gradually developed from a mere slogan to an underpining paramount principle, adopting an ever more fundamental role in the manufacturer`s agenda. Today road safety, vehicle safety, and reduction of accidents or rather accident avoidance are inseparably connected terms. For this reason we invest a lot of effort and energy into component and full vehicle testing, in order to increase passenger and pedestrian safety. As such, among other things we test vehicle interiors so as to meet the latest technical and legislative requirements.
FMH Test System
Our personally developed FMH test system (Free Motion Headform) facilitates ultimate strike and repetition accuracy and fulfills even the stricktest safety and comfort requirements demanded by technical personnel.

Pedestrian Protection Test System
The Pedestrian Safety Test System, developed by Concept Technologie, provides verification of the front end according to „Directive 2003/102/EC und 2004/90 EC, EuroNCAP, J MLIT.
With four different impactors (Leg, Upper leg, Child Head, Adult Head) the whole front end will be tested according to the test regulations.

Crashanlage
The crash system offers many possibilities including application in the course of development, as well as for the use in the series monitoring (COP: Conformity of Production). These services are completed by: high resolution digital camera, target tracing, comprehensive measuring and dummy techniques, detailed evaluation, analysis, reports, and homologation.
