The virtual development of a vehicle (construction/simulation), the rapid construction of the proto-types for the different experimental series, as well as experimental performance, can be performed flexibly, quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively for our customers. This eliminated long transportation delays, interface between many suppliers, and costly data handling.

As a result of the ever decreasing development time and ever increasing purchaser expectations regarding safety without appropriate amendment of production costs, the financial pressure on series development is dramatically intensifying.

Calculations applied in the vehicle development process, shorten the development period, whilst additionally lowering the costs. We offer calculation services in order to assist our customers in justifying market economy demands.

For this reason we employ the highly qualified staff who are able to thoroughly examine problems and provide complete solutions. In order to meet the challenge which the calculation demands of us, the necessary software and hardware, besides the well-trained co-workers, is required. In addition to the explicit FE-Solvers PamCrash and LsDyna, we also use special software for the crash-calculation in order to solve static or quasi-static problems. For pre-processing we use the Medina program, for post-processing, software solvers such as Animator, Pam View or LSTCPost. For the calculation we have an efficient Linuxcluster at our disposal.
