We have a new Management since 1.November.2008

CW Concept Consulting GmbH is pleased to being able to inform our business partners about the latest pleasent developments within our company and the further scheduled steps which are to be taken in near future.

Due to the investments of the Styrian Technology and Expansion Funds ( a leading Austrian Private Equity Fund supported by institutional investors from Styria) in the company in October 2007 and June 2008, the company stands on a sound financial basis and is ready to expand into new markets. Along with the capital increases the investor initiated various restructuring measures, which are the basis for our expansion. These measures are soon to be fully implemented and they will bring the company into the position to serve its customers in an efficient way with the highest standards of quality. The Styrian Fund currently holds 49 % of the company’s shares. The other 51 % of the shares are equally held by Johann Christof and Dr. Ernst Wustinger.

Further changes can be reported in the personnel department. After the completing the capital increases, Mr. Wustinger handed over the appointment to the general management to Mr. Christoph Knotz, who has had more than nine years of experience within the company and who had acted as a authorised officer in the company for the last two years. As of November 2008 the general management team will be strengthened by Mr. Philipp Tölke (IVM Automotive). CW Concept Consulting GmbH is pleased to being able to announce an agreement with such an experienced Manager like Mr. Tölke who will assist the company in facing future challenges and in implementing the growth strategy. Next to his tasks as general manager Mr. Tölke will take over the duties of Mr. Deutscher, who will leave the company on his own request. We would like to use the opportunity to acknowledge Mr. Deutscher efforts and attainments for the company.

To further strengthen our market position, additional investments will be made into our sales and distribution network. Another focus of the company will be the development of innovative solutions in the field of automotive safety. We are pleased to collaborate with you on certain projects and we are convinced that due to the actions taken and the measures implemented CW Concept Consulting GmbH will remain a reliable partner and leader in the technology.
