Today we would like to inform you about News in the company share-holder structure and about a modification of the company name due to the further internationalization of our business.
The new company name is Concept Tech GmbH, which is better to communicate to our customers worldwide and has a perfect fit to our existing e-mail addresses and web-site name.
All other relevant company facts are not modified and remain the same.
To strengthen the relationship between management and shareholders and to extend the success of the last years the two main shareholders Christof International Management GmbH (Christof Group) and EOS Invest AG (Dr. Ernst Wustinger) offered to the General Managers to take stakes in the company.
We are happy to inform you that Mr. Philipp Toelke (10%) and Mr. Christoph Knotz (14%) accepted the offer. This shows their loyalty and secures the continuity for the future.
